At the end of the summer vacation or end of the month June or July, that time to be the peak time of illness or sickness. Summer is like as generally associated with changing weather environment , change in health conditions and illnesses can be more prevalent
during this season. Here are some conditions :-
- Sunburn,
- Allergies,
- Heat-related illness,
- Water related illness,
- Foodborne
- and so on , sickness.
During hot summer months, individuals may be at risk of heat-related illnesses such as heat exhaustion and heatstroke, high temperatures of body especially can lead to symptoms like dizziness, nausea, headache, rapid
heartbeat, and in severe cases, organ damage or even death. It's
important to stay hydrated, seek shade, and take breaks in cooler
environments during extreme heat. Overexposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun can cause skin redness, pain, and peeling, Protecting the skin with sunscreen, wearing protective clothing, Summer can bring about different types of allergies, such as hay fever
or allergic rhinitis, due to increased pollen from blooming plants and
trees. Avoiding allergens, using over-the-counter antihistamines, or seeking medical advice can help manage these allergies, symptoms maybe include sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and etc . Foodborne illnesses can occur if proper food handling and storage
practices are not followed. Symptoms may include stomach pain, diarrhea,
nausea, and vomiting. Swimming in untreated, it can be increase the risk of water-related illnesses, It is important to swim in clean and
well-maintained water bodies and practice good hygiene, such as
showering before and after swimming. Mosquitoes and other insects thrive during summer, increasing the risk of insect-borne illnesses. Taking precautions, use insect repellents, wearing protective clothing and etc. Sickness can have emotional and social implications, It can disrupt
daily routines, limit physical activities, cause discomfort or pain, and it may also impact work or school attendance, and overall quality of life. Consulting healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, or
specialists can help in diagnosing the condition, providing appropriate
